Order Processing

Shipping Timeline

Within Gujarat: 2–4 business days

Rest of India: 4–7 business days

Remote Areas: May take up to 8–10 business days

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

For orders below ₹999, a small shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional handling charge.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you can track it using the tracking link shared via email/SMS. If you face any issue with tracking, you can contact our support team.
Undelivered / Returned Orders
If the courier service is unable to deliver your package due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order may be returned to us. In such cases:

Prepaid orders will be refunded (excluding shipping charges).

COD orders will not be re-shipped unless confirmed again by the customer.
International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping services are not available at the moment.
